VENUE

The workshop will be held in the MSHS library which is in the administration building, Block B.

For our local participants there is limited free parking at Gate 4 ((where early learning center is indicated on this map) and paid parking outside Gate 5 (Al Na'ayat St - Al Barsha - you can put in DAA - Dubai American Academy to get the street) . Please walk around the campus and enter through Gate 1 which is our central security where you will be given a visitor's badge.

UAE visa information
Participants from most regions can enter Dubai with no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International and proceed to immigration, where your passport will be stamped with the relevant visit visa free of charge.

TRANSPORT

Careem
Taxi and Van transport. Generally the more affordable option for taxis. Vans will take up to 6 passengers at a comparable rate to a taxi.
Uber Dubai
The more up-market taxi option and also more expensive.
Public Transport planner
Dubai has 90km of Metro Lines. Generally it's quicker to travel by Taxi, however you can see if there is public transport in the areas you're travelling to/from
